Terms of Service

Effective July 6, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Early Forge Venture Studio LLC (“Early Forge,” “we,” “us”), the operator of WedgeMap. By using WedgeMap, creating an account, or purchasing a brief, you accept them. If you use WedgeMap for a company, you accept them for that company too.

2. The service

WedgeMap detects publicly launched products, scores their traction and distribution signals, and sells written market-intelligence briefs. Signals and claims surfaced by WedgeMap are directional evidence, not verified facts — much of the underlying data is self-reported by founders in public posts, and we attribute sources and confidence levels rather than guarantee accuracy.

3. Accounts

Sign-in is passwordless: your email address is your account. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape it, or violate these terms.

4. Purchases and delivery

Briefs are one-time digital purchases processed by Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.
Delivery is digital and typically immediate after payment; higher tiers that include manual analysis are delivered on the timeline shown at purchase.
Because briefs are delivered digitally and their value is in the information itself, all sales are final except where a refund is required by law or the brief was not delivered.

5. License to briefs; intellectual property

A purchased brief is licensed to you for your own (or your company’s) internal business use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute briefs or substantial portions of them. The WedgeMap site, branding, scoring methodology, and all content we produce remain the property of Early Forge Venture Studio LLC. Product names and trademarks referenced in briefs belong to their owners; briefs are our original analysis and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk-export the service, probe or disrupt its infrastructure, misuse sign-in links, or use WedgeMap output to violate anyone else’s rights or the law.

7. Not professional advice

WedgeMap output is market research. It is not investment, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, and it is not a guarantee that any opportunity is viable. Decisions you make based on WedgeMap — including what to build or spend — are yours alone.

8. Third-party services

The service links to and reports on third-party products and relies on third-party providers (hosting, payments, email). We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or claims made by founders on other platforms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

WedgeMap is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Early Forge Venture Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of WedgeMap. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify Early Forge Venture Studio LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Early Forge Venture Studio LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.
